Last day

Today is the last day for Ms. Tho in the company. She has resign from the company. So sad.. There will be little people talk with me and teach me. Really sad...
Actually today I will be taking sick leave. But, I had been taking the leave for 2 days. It's so weird to take more than that. So I decide to go to office today. My colleagues say if I purposely go to office as Ms. Tho is going. I'm lazy to answer them.
Starting from tomorrow the seat beside me will be empty. No one to chat with me. I will be lonely. Fortunate I still got Ms. Bong behind me. But, she will taking her O.T leave for half a month. Haii...
Lonely.. I will be lonely till next month. Haha..
Today my mum call for firemen to destroy the bee hive on the roof of my house. When they saw it, they say ' Wao... So big'... But, finally they come to destroy it as there were so many cases about bees lately. Reporters are here to.. So it will be a big new in my area. Haha.. My house will be in the newspaper tomorrow. I think so. Just dunno which publisher.
Now, I'm typing in the dark since we can't open the light. No light.. Say no to bee hive.

Thought For Days

Inner Calm
The greater the demands on me, the more I need to sustain my inner calm and stability.
Balance
Maintain the balance of responding to situations with a cool head and to people with a warm heart.
Teach With Love
Teaching others is best done with love, once the heart has understood, the mind opens.
Tolerance
Everybody is right from their own stand point ... hence the need for tolerance.
Sparks of Purity
Words! They are all around me! I see them. I use them. Harsh words, soothing words, biting words; words that give pain and sorrow; words that give joy and pleasure. They are vital to communication. When words are spoken there are reactions, negative or positive. Either thoughts are triggered or emotions fired or actions performed. Words colour our behaviour. And how lovely it is to hear words that are calm and free from rancour and aggression. To hear words that lift the soul and leave it with renewed vigour. Such words are the sparks of purity. It is important to remember that my speech indicates what is in my mind. As the thinking, so the words uttered. Mental calmness makes my words calm. A pure mind makes for pure words. It is said that speech may exalt someone to kingship or send him to the gallows. I should never let myself indulge in false, bitter and vicious speech. My words should reflect my true, inner nature, that of purity and peace. Words, once spoken, can never be recalled. They reverberate all around, beyond our control. Today, as I utter words, what effect will they have on those who hear them? Will they be the words that are poisonous and cause pain? Or will my tongue be like that of the nightingale, sweet and so, so very soothing and lovely to the ear?
Anger
Anger destroys the beauty of the heart as well as the beauty of the face.
Silence
In the ocean of silence you may discover your eternal treasures of peace, love and happiness. In silence, you can let bad feelings and past sorrows dissolve. In silence you can hear the whisper of God saying "Come child and rest with Me. You are a peaceful soul."
Touch The Stillness
Every action has its seed in a thought and every thought is a creation of the thinker, the soul. I choose what thoughts I want to create and as is my thinking so are my actions and also my experience in life. Going within, I touch the stillness and pure love that lie at the core of my being and every thought that I create is of benefit to myself and of benefit to humanity.

Thought For Days

Admiration not Envy
Very fortunate is the one who has learned to admire, but not to envy. To envy others neither diminishes their good fortune nor increases your own.

The Best
The best ornament is Humility. The richest wealth is Wisdom. The strongest weapon is Patience. The best security is Faith. The best tonic is Laughter.

The Truth About Illusion
Illusion is the idea that people should be, and do, what we want them to. The truth is, all is as it should be, despite appearances or our perceptions of others to the contrary.

Serenity and Spiritual Beauty
Beauty comes with self acceptance, self love and self awareness. Self knowledge is equivalent to truth which brings serenity and spiritual beauty.

Meditation
Though the mind often asks for what is visible or material, its needs are deeper and cannot be met by anything superficial or short term. Meditation leads to a meeting point with all that is true and eternal.

Seeing Things Truly
We tend to see things not as they are, but as we are. Becoming quiet and simple inside is the first step towards seeing things truly.

Self-confidence
Self-confidence is to know your way around yourself so instinctively that you always have a strength to draw on. Somewhere inside, from the stillness, you always find something that can meet your need.

Good Wishes
The more good wishes and kind feelings we have for others, the more our own happiness increases.

Just Having Fun
Work without happiness is like a burden that you have to endure, but when you are internally happy it becomes a game, and you're just having fun.

Harmony
Even when another person seems a world apart from you: find a bridge.

Give Up the Habit of Worrying
As we grow in strength in our spiritual life, we give up the habit of worrying. It serves no purpose other than to make us feel tense and miserable. When I stop fretting about things that are beyond my control and focus instead on generating optimistic and kind thoughts, my life can begin to flow in ever more positive directions. Such a light and easy approach to life enables me to take everything in my stride.

Cooking and Eating
Cook and eat with powerful vibrations. By placing great importance on cooking and eating with loving and peaceful vibrations, you will nourish both mind and body.

Enthusiasm
Enthusiasm frees the self from obstacles and brings benefit to all.

My Working Life

It's been 6 months I have been working in an audit firm here. 6 months is like a long period. A lot of things to do during some period and sometimes nothing to do. Just like these few weeks. I had been doing nothing but just bring my textbook to office to study. But, in the end, I just flip at the same page and talk with my colleague. Hoping the time pass by faster.

Last week, my manager informed us that some of us may go to Bintulu to work. Then few days later, me and some of my colleagues were told by our senior to prepare ourselves to go to Bintulu. May be for 2 weeks. Haii.. What a surprise.. This may be my first time outstation for work if we really get that. Till now, we still not sure if we will get it or not. Bintulu.. 2 weeks.. I am sure that I will miss home.

Besides that, I was told also if my colleague doesn't want to go to KK to audit, I will replace her to go. A surprise again. This time also 2 weeks. But, in KK. I have to handle one company account in 2 weeks. Haii.. Again.. For me, it may be good. Since I can learn more things and explore to other places. But, I have to away from home for 2 weeks. No time to study for my December exam. As I have many assignment to rush which due in December. Hope I can finish it on time.

Now, I just pray that anything will go smoothly and accordingly. Plus oil.. ^^v

...

Today when I was In the office starting to work, my collegue told us that my boss' dad ( Ah Gong) had just passed away this morning. All of us just shocked when hearing this new as in our opinion Ah Gong was a strong old man. For us he was healthy and he talked in strength. The age od Ah Gong wwas around 80++. It's a big number.

Ah Gong reminded me about my grandpa. If he was not dea because of that accident, I think he would have still be with us. I missed him. Missed his cooking, talking, his movies collections and so on. I think when he was young he was a good-looking guy. He was tall and strong. He was a farmer. He planted and sold vegetables in the market. I still remembered when I was young, I always help him to water the vegetables and accompany my father to drive my grandpa to the market.

He liked go out using the bus. He would walk to the bus stop that near my house and go to market to sell his vegetables and buy the daily things. Moreover, when in the evening, he would go out to have a walk after the dinner. He would go to the shop to buy some junk food for us. Me, my brother and my sister would always asked him to buy us junk food. He sure will buy for us.

I still remembered that day when he was not at home. We all went out to search for him. All the bus stop and bus stand. But we didn't go to that park which we passed through that time. We never think that he will go there as he never been there before. Some people saw him but they didn't recognise and know that he was my grandpa. Till now, I still dunno how he walked from home to that park. The last indo maid is who I put the blame on. She is the one who made my grandpa to go out to look for. She is the reason why my grandpa go out at the evening and never come back home.

But, maybe this is the faith. Faith that my grandpa passed away so early. Faith that we need to learn how to deal with the pain and loss. Everyone need to go through the process. I think it's up to us on how well we deal with it. Forgive and forget. Maybe it's really hard to forgive than forget.

Thought For Days

Truly Content
Contentment is a great virtue, though it may not attract one's attention at first. Those who are truly content are usually quiet about it. It is a pleasure to be in their company, because they are full, peaceful, and generous.
Expand My Heart
To welcome an enemy is to take the opportunity to expand my heart.
Strength To Continue
Determination brings the strength to continue, the steadiness to succeed, and the wisdom to slip past difficulties undisturbed.
Acceptance
Accepting others unconditionally allows them to remove their masks and feel at ease with who they are. The security of being accepted gives them the freedom to be themselves and then lets them easily know and accept themselves too.
The Quality of Mercy
A person with the quality of mercy works on such a subtle level that the support given never demeans or implies weakness in the other person.
Motivate Yourself
It's a tough life. Some days its hard to get out of bed and get going. Why? How come our levels of enthusiasm seem to fall so easily? Why can't we get ourselves motivated? Simple really. We try to reverse the energy flow in a universe where all energy is radiating outwards. We try to break one of the spiritual laws. We are taught that winning and achieving is about getting and keeping, when the truth is that it is about giving. Winners are go givers not go-getters, and their definition of winning is not getting one over on the other guy, but overcoming their inertia and giving something of themselves to someone or something other than themselves. This reverses the flow of energy from outside in, to inside out, and as we all know, the deepest satisfaction in life comes from giving.
Filled With Treasures
All human beings have a place inside which is filled with treasures; be still and you will find it.
Be Creative
Every day is an opportunity to be creative - the canvas is your mind, the brushes and colours are your thoughts and feelings, the panorama is your story, the complete picture a work of art called, 'my life'. Be careful what you put on the canvas today - it matters.
Too Much Thinking
The biggest disease of the mind is over-thinking, especially too much thinking about others.Thinking too much is like eating too much. The heaviness makes it impossible to remain light and flexible.
Radiate Happiness
Have you ever noticed that happiness is not a dependency, it is a decision? You don't actually need anything to be happy. It's not something that comes from outside, it comes from inside, and when you radiate a happy energy you'll be amazed what it attracts into your life. Don't worry, be happy...sound familiar? Decide now, be happy, and watch magic begin to enter your life.
Thoughts, Words and Deeds
Kindness in words creates confidence. Kindness in thinking creates profoundness. Kindness in giving creates love.

I asked GOD...

I asked God to take away my habit.
God said, No.
It is not for me to take away, but for you to give it up.

I asked God to make my handicapped child whole.
God said, No.
His spirit is whole, his body is only temporary

I asked God to grant me patience.
God said, No.
Patience is a byproduct of tribulations;
it isn't granted, it is learned.
I asked God to give me happiness.
God said, No.
I give you blessings;
Happiness is up to you.

I asked God to spare me pain.
God said, No.
Suffering draws you apart from worldly cares and brings you closer to me.

I asked God to make my spirit grow.
God said, No.
You must grow on your own,
but I will prune you to make you fruitful.
I asked God for all things that I might enjoy life.
God said, No.
I will give you life,
so that you may enjoy all things.

I asked God to help me LOVE others, as much as He loves me.
God said.......Ahhhh,finally you have the idea.

'To the world you might be one person, But to one person you just might be the world'

'Good friends are like stars...

You don't always see them, But you know they are always there.'
