Thought For Days

Cherished Soul
Greet life with enthusiasm and confidence by constantly maintaining the awareness of how cherished you are.

Simplicity
Peace is simplicity. Simplicity is beauty. Choose a day as your day of simplicity. Speak little, and listen with attention. Do something incognito and nice for a person you are close to. Eat simple and natural food. Create time periods for not doing anything - just walk, look around, live the moment. Have your mind open to a more profound and silent sensitivity. Appreciate each scene and each person as they are. In the evening, write down your discoveries. Observe the state of your mind.

Gifts Of Virtues
More valuable than the things we give to each other are the gifts of virtues we pass on quietly to others through our selfless and noble actions. These gifts are truly precious because they are imperishable and they multiply the more we share them.

Respect
Respect is never catching anyone out, never pulling at their shortcomings, so that they become a target for laughter. It means watching and nurturing strength and it is based on the awareness that everyone has value, because everyone is unique. It rests also on humility, because humility knows that what's visible in a fool is only a chapter in their whole story.

An Eye For Pearls Of Truth
There is an old story about two types of birds. The crow is the type that is attracted to dirt and filth. Wherever there is rubbish, I find the crow feasting noisily. Then there is the swan. It sees only goodness and things of value. If there are pearls and pebbles, the swan easily discerns and selects the pearls. To gossip, to lie, to use bad language is to have crow-like chracteristics. To see only the good in everything and everyone, to hear only what is uplifting is to have swan-like characteristics.

Dive Deep
The mind that tries to rest only on the surface of things will be tossed about in every storm. Dive deeper to where the peace is.

Tread Lightly
Tread lightly upon this earth, seeing, understanding but never imposing. Thoughtful, independent, be gracious in victory and defeat. Free of possessiveness, so ease of mind sweetens relationships. Like the scent of a rose the untroubled spirit imparts a lasting fragrance.

Great Souls
Great souls take advantage of every moment and every opportunity to give happiness to others through kindness in their thoughts; such souls are willing to overlook weaknesses and mistakes and have the desire to help everyone reach their potential.

Want Not
Next time you are waiting for anything, notice what you are wanting! This will be a source of your tension or impatience. All desire has fear built in - fear of not getting or losing, even before your desire is fulfilled. The secret is to want nothing, and then magic happens, for lo and behold, all that you need and more arrives in your life, at the right time, in the right way.

Enthusiasm Inspires Others
The one who is constantly full of enthusiasm inspires others. Whenever problems come our way, we tend to feel weighed down by negative thoughts. Heaviness in the mind prevents us from moving forward with enthusiasm and makes it tricky for us to inspire others. Whenever I encounter a difficult situation, I need to make a special effort to remain free and light. The more enthusiastic I am, the more progress I will make. My attitude will inspire others, too.

Contentment
To make good use of what you have and to let go of what you do not use is to live in a contented way.

Ever Healthy
In order to keep the soul constantly healthy, continue to eat the nourishment of happiness.

A Fruit Tree In Season
Generosity can be defined in many ways but respect, kindness, benefit and accessibility are its key characteristics. Generosity is like a fruit tree in season. All its fruit is available to anyone for the picking. When I am full, complete, when I have conquered selfish needs then I can be naturally generous. My being is open to others to share the best without any obligation.

Forgetting And Remembering
Life is a game of forgetting and remembering. You are losing the game when you... forget who you are and what you are doing here; remember the false things of the past and what they did to you. You are winning the game when you... remember your true identity of peace, remember God who is always peaceful and has unconditional love for you. Forget troubles of the past and move forward with the lessons learned. Observe what you remember during the day and what you forget during the day. Forget the past, it is gone. Don't worry about the future. You do not know it. Learn to live in the present and discover how full it is of peaceful moments.

Don't Give Sorrow, Don't Take Sorrow
Don’t give sorrow, don’t take sorrow! The qualities that stop me giving sorrow are mercy, love and honesty. If someone has these, they will never even think of giving sorrow. I need to be merciful not to give sorrow and I need to be strong in order not to take sorrow. In fact, the moment you stop taking sorrow, you days of happiness have begun. These are your eyes, ears and lips – it is up to you whether to take sorrow or not.

Determination and Patience
Determination is the strength that will enable you to pass the barrier of useless thoughts in order to create positive thoughts and to be successful in whatever you wish. It comes from within and its partner is patience. Patience teaches you not to push but rather to wait and appreciate the game of life instead, knowing that nothing remains the same, and everything will change at some point.

Sweet Natured
We become sweet natured when we are careful never to undermine or be critical of anyone.

Creativity
Creativity develops when you have the attitude of learning and you have the aim of self improvement.

Honesty and Clarity
Honesty does not mean simply speaking your mind. Honesty means to be very clear about everything going on inside you. Where there is honesty, feelings become pure and clean. Honesty is where there are no other thoughts or feelings inside, other than those that God himself would have. Such clarity is reflected in your words; they will be filled with the power of truth, and spoken with ease and without hesitation. The genuine honesty cultivated within you is what will reach out and touch others.

Make Up
While we spend much time 'making up' our faces to ensure our appearance is beautiful for others, we forget to make up our minds. This is not about making decisions. Making up our mind means ensuring that our thoughts are positive and our feelings towards others are filled with good wishes. When we do, others begin to sense a deeper beauty emanating from behind the skin! This is inner beauty. Don't hide behind your face. Let the real you show through.

Wisdom
The one who is wise is free from careless or negative talk about others.
When someone is talking about another person's shortcomings, I need to question why I am listening: is this information of any use to me, or can I do anything about the situation? If not, then I need to remind myself that there is no use in listening to such talk. Instead, I need to make an attempt to look at the positive qualities of the person in question, and think about how I can help everyone focus on these instead.

Die Alive
To the unenlightened, death comes but once a lifetime. To those who have chosen to become enlightened there are a thousand chosen deaths before it's time to leave the body and move on. This kind of death is the releasing off all our attachments, from false identity to opinions, from people to possessions. Cutting the subtle threads of attachment frees the spirit from fear, and when the time comes to move on, it's like 'shooting the breeze'. Dying alive is simply letting go of all you hold fast to in your mind. It doesn't actually mean losing anything, simply changing your relationship with the things in your life today. The greatest pleasure for every soul is the result of choosing the living death called detachment. Why? Because attachment is a form of slavery, and it all takes place in our own minds. And the result of detachment? Real freedom.
 Think First
Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Whatever I do, when all is said and done, I do for or to myself. Perhaps I should think before I perform actions because after the seed of action is sown I have to reap the fruit. Moreover, I do not receive only one fruit for every seed sown, I often get a whole crop, good or bad according to the action or seed.

Humility
Humility is the sign of greatness. To the extent that you are great, you are accordingly humble because you are constantly full. Just as a fully-laden tree would be bowing down, so, humility does service, and those who remain humble receive respect from everyone. No one gives respect to those who have arrogance; they run away from such a person. Wherever those who are humble go and whatever they do, they will always give happiness. Everyone will experience happiness from them.

The Virtue of Sweetness
Just as eating and serving something sweet makes your taste buds feel sweetness, and for a while after, you remain happy, become sweet-natured yourself so that words filled with sweetness are constantly spoken. Such sweet words make both you and others happy. Use this method to always sweeten everyone's mouth; constantly maintain sweet attitude, sweet words and sweet actions

Aim
When water flows in one direction, it generates energy. The wind, when it blows in one direction, also generates energy. Sun rays, when focused, generate energy. In the same way, when we have an aim and objective, our actions become directed, focused. A current of consistent actions flowing in the direction of one's aim becomes increasingly powerful at each second. The intellectual capital invested in that will generate the dividends of increased happiness.

Respect The Unique Role
Respect is to recognise and appreciate the unique role of everyone. When I find myself having negative thoughts toward anyone, I need to look at the special role this person has to play. When I look closely, I will realise how talented they are, and will develop new respect for them. Without this particular person, the drama of life would not be complete.

Think In A New Way
Your thoughts guide you to your destiny. If you always think the same you will always get to the same place. Think in a new way and you will be a new person. Give happiness to all and you will live in peace. Create peace in your mind and you will create a world of peace around you.

Character
Humility dismisses nothing, rather, it takes even small things into consideration. It recognises that whatever life presents, needs to be respected. Small things are easily found in something big, but inside little things there is often greatness.

Changing Times
It is wise to bend rather than to break. Those who change will get spiritual wisdom. Conversely, those who have wisdom will decide to change. Change is the first law of Nature. In fact, change is the mark of Time.

Serving Others
The secret of finding deep fulfilment lies in serving others. The boss who looks after his staff and customers as he would his own family is a successful boss and a happy human being.

Cheerfulness
Cheerfulness keeps up the spirit of the one who possesses it, and brings a smile to the lips of others.

All Will Be Well
Amidst the earthquakes of unexpected situations, the hurricanes of unreasonable behaviour, when fortune strikes against me, I will remain unmoved, knowing that finally all will be well.

Patience
When I find that I am expecting too much from myself, I have to remind myself that I will achieve what I have to when I pace myself in the proper way. Trying to do too much at one time will only leave me exhausted and will achieve little. I need to learn not to rush things, but to tackle each task with care. Patience leads to greater success in the long run.

Open Heart
The heart is like a flower - unless it is open it cannot release its fragrance into the world. The fragrance of the heart is made up of the qualities and virtues of our spirit. Most of us have learned how to keep our heart closed in a world that would trample all over us if we let it. Being open hearted today seems to require tremendous courage. It is a courage which comes only when we realise that no one can hurt us, no matter what they say or do. They may hurt our body, but if we have realised we are spirit, nothing outside can touch us, if we so decide. Little by little, practice opening your heart to those you think have hurt you. Realise it wasn't them that hurt you, it was yourself. And it taught you not to trust and you closed your heart. A closed heart is in need of opening. And when you do, you will have begun to heal yourself.

Freedom
The true hero not only frees the self, but has the capacity to free others from their dragons. Ultimately freedom is something that cannot be gained through systems, roles, positions, ideas or relationships. It can certainly never be achieved by acts of violence in the name of "freedom and justice". Freedom comes as a result of responsible choices over time. Ultimately it is a state of being not action.

Sparks of Purity
Words! They are all around me! I see them. I use them. Harsh words, soothing words, biting words; words that give pain and sorrow; words that give joy and pleasure. They are vital to communication. When words are spoken there are reactions, negative or positive. Either thoughts are triggered or emotions fired or actions performed. Words colour our behaviour. And how lovely it is to hear words that are calm and free from rancour and aggression. To hear words that lift the soul and leave it with renewed vigour. Such words are the sparks of purity. It is important to remember that my speech indicates what is in my mind. As the thinking, so the words uttered. Mental calmness makes my words calm. A pure mind makes for pure words. It is said that speech may exalt someone to kingship or send him to the gallows. I should never let myself indulge in false, bitter and vicious speech. My words should reflect my true, inner nature, that of purity and peace. Words, once spoken, can never be recalled. They reverberate all around, beyond our control. Today, as I utter words, what effect will they have on those who hear them? Will they be the words that are poisonous and cause pain? Or will my tongue be like that of the nightingale, sweet and so, so very soothing and lovely to the ear?

Give To Others
Instead of waiting for others to give to me, I need to think about what I can do for others. Today I will think about being less dependent on other people and contemplate the talents that lie within me. The more I give to others, the more I will grow.

Patience
Patience is a reflection of the peaceful mind. My peaceful mind is able to cope with all situations without becoming disturbed and agitated. It calmly accepts the resolution of circumstances and, with this patience, acquires the power to deal with all situations.

Self-Control
When things go wrong, our first thought is often about controlling the situations or people involved. But since neither the situations or people are in our hands, there is no success guaranteed with this way of thinking, which only increases the negativity. Instead of trying to control something I have no control upon, I need to start with myself. The more I am able to control myself with constant attention, checking and changing, the more I will have everything under control.

Make Time
Make time to create the moments you need for silence. To create a time of silence takes just a second. A second is a drop of time ... a drop of time through which I step to renew myself deep inside. So I stop, for a second, and say to myself, "Now I shall go inside." In the space of a second, I pass beyond all the muddle and find myself in my original state of peace.

Give Happiness
Great souls take advantage of every moment and every opportunity to give happiness to others through kindness in their thoughts; such souls are willing to overlook weaknesses and mistakes and have the desire to help everyone reach their potential.

Determination
You are a determined soul who, rather than run away from problems, will always choose to race towards solutions.

Thinking In The Right Way
Everything depends on our thinking. If I think in the right way I will be light. If I think in a wasteful way I'll be heavy. Waste thoughts are dangerous. They waste my time. They allow the past to come alive, then I forget the present and question the future.

Do It Now
Why do we delay doing what we know we need to do? Is it because we feel we 'have to' to do it? Is it because we cannot clearly see the benefits? Is it because we will need to move some twigs in the nest of our comfort zone? Is it because we fool ourselves into waiting till we feel like doing it? Is it because someone else might be more advantaged than us? Is it because we are just plain lazy? It's probably a bit of all of those. But one thing is for sure - you've already done it in your mind! And as long as there is a gap between your thoughts and your actions then there will be an inner tension which is draining your power - whether you are aware of it or not. Do it, delegate it or dump it!

With Love
Teaching others is best done with love. Once the heart has understood the mind opens.

Only The Best
The best ornament is Humility. The richest wealth is Wisdom. The strongest weapon is Patience. The best security is Faith. The best tonic is Laughter

Recipe For Happiness
Two heaped cups of patience.
One heartful of love.
Two handfuls of generosity.
One headful of understanding and a dash of humour.
Sprinkle with kindness, add plenty of faith and mix well.
Spread over a period of a lifetime and serve to everyone you meet.

Perceive Positively
True self-awareness, plus the ability to choose our perceptions of life, the universe and everything, is the basis of free will. Every situation and scene in front of us has so many possibilities in terms of how we perceive and interpret. If someone is 10% selfish and 90% generous what should we focus on, what should we perceive first within them? Most of us are now well trained to perceive and focus on the negative, the selfishness in others, and to follow it quickly with accusation and judgement. We forget that what we perceive is what we empower within another and, more importantly what we perceive is what we empower within ourselves in that moment. And what we choose to see is usually what we get. So how important is it that we choose to perceive only the best, the highest, the greatest in another, even if it's only a half a percent? Bosses and parents - take note!! Don't forget - your perception is your reality. Your perception is what you project. And what you project is what comes back!

Helping All
Try never to feel that you are competing with anyone; it is better to have the feeling that you are helping all.

Anger
If you are angry, the chances are you might be in the wrong.

Generosity
You are a soul who does not wait for happy endings, but creates them with the power of a generous heart.

Noticing Goodness
Even if I don't mean to be critical, I often unconsciously home in on others' weaknesses and mistakes, The more I develop the habit of noticing goodness and only holding onto the good in others and situations, the more my own sense of well-being will rise. When I continually think: "He/she is wrong", I create a barrier that prevents me from reaching my own goodness.

Unity Blossoms
Unity is harmony within and amongst people. It is built with a shared vision for the good of all and a common goal. Unity is appreciating the value of each person and their unique contribution. When there is willingness to accommodate others, unity blossoms.

Peace of Mind
Notice how your senses are connected to your mind. Anything negative they pick up, or generate, will disturb the mind’s workings. To maintain peace of mind, use your eyes, ears, and mouth with care.

Gentleness
Move through the world with the grace of an angel, the dignity of a king and the wisdom of a child.

Missing Out
You can only be in one place at any moment in time. If you feel you are missing out on something then you are. But it's not the party, or being with another person that you're missing, it's your own life. As long as you are thinking of where you could be, you are marking yourself absent from where you are now. Which means you are nowhere. Many people spend their entire life in 'nowhere'. Not a wise choice!

Patience
Patience is a reflection of the peaceful mind. My peaceful mind is able to cope with all situations without becoming disturbed and agitated. It calmly accepts the resolution of circumstances and, with this patience, acquires the power to deal with all situations.

Angel
To remain free from the bondage of performing actions while performing actions is to become an angel.

Storms
If the boat and the boatman are strong, even storms become a gift.

Getting Up Early
Develop the habit of getting up early and sitting in silence. Read a peaceful thought and reflect on it. Write down some ideas about this thought. Return to silence, allowing these ideas to take root inside you. Share your ideas with a person close to you. This practice will help you accept and cope with conflicts and difficult situations. It will help you stay happy and peaceful for the rest of the day.

Courage
Whoever has courage can give courage to others, just as the flame of the candle can light another's path.

The Game of Life
Life is a game of forgetting and remembering.
You are losing the game when you... forget who you are and what you are doing here, remember the false things of the past and what they did to you.
You are winning the game when you... remember your true identity of peace, remember God who is always peaceful and has unconditional love for you, forget troubles of the past and move forward with the lessons learned.
Observe what you remember during the day and what you forget during the day. Forget the past, it is gone. Don't worry about the future. You do not know it. Learn to live in the present and discover how full it is of peaceful moments.

Mistakes
If you make a mistake, be gentle on yourself and encourage yourself to learn from it, let go and move on.

I am Love
We seek it here, we seek it there, we look for love everywhere! We expect it to come to us, usually through another person. All our conditioning says it is something that happens to us. The mythology of our fables, legends and modern day entertainment industries say it is something we 'fall into'. And yet...and yet real love cannot be acquired, possessed or accumulated. It cannot be known when we think it comes from outside ourselves. The ultimate paradox is we are it. We are love. Each one of us is a source of love that has forgotten that 'love is what I am'. Say it now "I am love". Doesn't feel right does it? That's because its been so long since we knew and experienced ourselves in this true way. And yet we all know that the deepest trust and the purest love is known and experienced only when we give it, not take it. As we give love in whatever way is appropriate, we are the ones to experience it first, on the way out. Falling in love is impossible. It is only infatuation, obsession with an external object which appears to fill a gap in ourselves. As soon as the object or person is remembered when they are not present and when they do not need to be remembered, it is simply attachment which, if sustained, will become a dependency. And attachment and dependency are not love. But you already know that...don't you?

Adapting to New Situations
We can only feel comfortable adapting to new situations and different ways of doing things if we are light and easy. We often resist new ideas from others or changing circumstances because we harbour jealousy, mistrust or resentment. Letting go of such negativity, we begin to see with a positive vision and can embrace new scenes in life with a sense of openness and adventure.

Take Time to Listen
Most people don't understand themselves or others. we need to make time for this. We get too impatient. Very often, because we are not willing to take this time, misunderstandings continue. We don't take time to listen to someone quietly and try to understand them. Then we start inventing things about them, because we simply haven't taken the time to understand.

The Power of Detachment
Your need power to remain free from the influence of others. Detachment is this power. If you can't stay detached from influences, you will not be able to keep your thoughts under control. From there it will be a downward spiral until all trace of inner well-being is lost. The first step in detachment is to understand who you are as a spiritual entity. This allows your to 'detach' yourself from your physical identity, and it's world of limited thoughts and feelings, and 'attach' instead to your spiritual personality, the being of inner peace and power. A normal day will be filled with challenges to this detachment. On the one side will be your spiritual awareness, but on the other will be the attraction towards human beings and the material world. Detachment is not a question of becoming separate from the later, but of simply remaining conscious of yourself as a spiritual being whilst being in the world and playing your part. Detachment simply means to keep yourself centered in your spirituality.

Spotting Goodness
When I become excessively critical towards others, it means I am going in the wrong direction. We are usually very good at spotting mistakes, but we should develop the quality of also spotting goodness. If I can see what is good in others or in situations and go beyond the curtain of negativity, I feel good about myself. If I constantly think "he is wrong", I instead create a barrier which blocks me from reaching my own goodness. A very ancient law says: "just as I treat others, I shall be treated by others.

Simplicity
Complications seem to be an inevitable by-product of modern living. Simplicity gives birth to inspirations. Keeping my own mind calm and clear is the easiest method to sort out messy situations. Maintaining a balance of living simply yet comfortably, and only using what I really need of the earth's resources, I will always have abundance in my life.

Secrets to Overcoming Procrastination
Procrastination is not only the thief of time, it is the creator of subtle inner tension. You know you are cheating yourself. There are three secrets to overcoming procrastination. One, don’t wait till you feel like doing it – the feeling will come when you start doing it. Two, list all the things you have to do and then prioritise the list. Three, create a vision of the result and be motivated by the vision of the outcome, not the thought of the process.

Enjoy the Show
When you are aware and accept that everything around you is constantly changing, and that you have no control over 99.99% of it, you are able to embrace change like a close friend! Change is a like a river, constantly flowing and moving things around. The river of life is constantly bringing you ideas, people, situations – each one is an opportunity to be enriched or to enrich others, and to learn. Change is the play of the universe as it entertains us in the biggest light and sound show of all time. Why not sit back and enjoy the show?

Positive Versus Negative
Positive thinking and optimistic outlook will never produce bad results. Negative thinking and pessimistic approach will never produce good results. Positive thinkers will never fail. Negative thinkers will never succeed.

Cool Head - Warm Heart
I express my care and concern by responding to situations with a cool head and to people with a warm heart. If I remain aware that as fellow human beings we are all part of one family, and that even the smallest of gestures can make a difference in people's lives, I am always blessed with a caring heart. It takes so little to show that I care yet it can mean so much.

The Practice of Meditation
The root of all needs and expectations is an unfulfilled spiritual desire. Satisfy your spiritual desires through the practice of meditation and you'll be able to interact successfully with anyone. No longer needy, you will enter into relationships simply to share and enjoy. There'll be no strings attached in the way you give of yourself; your love will be unconditional.

Create Vision
Never believe anyone who says we cannot change. Vision is one of the secrets of personal transformation. We are all artists, our mind is the arena of creation and vision is what we are constantly creating. What is your vision of yourself today - patient, relaxed, positive or tense, tight and negative? What do you prefer? So be creative - what does patience look like, feel like, what are you doing that is different when you are patient and you are expressing your power to ...wait? Always start with vision not action. See it and you will be it. Be it and you will do it. This is how we create our own life.

Dive Deep
The mind that tries to rest only on the surface of things will be tossed about in every storm. Dive deeper to where the peace is.

Seeds Of Hope
The world is your garden from which you remove weeds of doubt and replace them with seeds of hope.

Letting Go
It is a sign of wisdom to be able to set goals and then, having done so, to let them go. All that is required for success is a vision of the destination. The journey itself will reveal the means to take you there.
 Cultivate Silence
Behind all creation is silence. Silence is the essential condition, the vital ingredient for all creation and all that is created. It is a power in its own right. The artist starts with a blank canvas - silence. The composer places it between and behind the notes. The very ground of your being, out of which come all your thoughts is silence. The way to silence is through meditation. When you arrive in your own silence you will know true freedom and real power. Stop, take a minute, and listen to the silence within you today.

Cool Head
Maintaining a state of inner calmness protects me from becoming a slave to my emotions. It also helps me to keep a cool head when I see others becoming heated or angry. Coolness is not to be distant or uncaring; rather it requires that I develop the deeply caring nature of a peacemaker and serve others in the best possible way.

Tranquil Mind
You are a gentle soul who can speak to what is in the heart of others without saying a word.

Subtle Aspects Of Anger
How can we free ourselves from subtle a
spects of anger? Keep the aim of making your each and every day – your every moment – victorious. Think: this day, these hours and minutes, will not come again. We can’t lose another second on this; our immediate attention is needed! If we are still thinking about something we don’t need to be thinking about, it means we are still wasting time and energy.

Live Fully
They say 'only fools live to the full'. Because only fools go where most of us fear to go, only fools do what many of us spend our lives avoiding. You don't have to climb Mount Everest, or cross the world in a hot air balloon to live to the full. Simply enter each day with a commitment not to avoid anything or anybody who comes your way. Then your Everests will come to you, in the form of difficult people and challenging situations, and the only thing you will need to conquer is our own fear and evasions. And when you do conquer, you will know that you have lived fully, for there is nothing more exhilarating than overcoming our own obstacles which, if the truth were known, are always only in our own minds. When you turn to face these inner obstacles and challenges some people call this real courage and you certainly are no fool.
Look Ahead
You do not look back with shame, look up with arrogance, or look around for blame. You just look ahead with dignity.

Barriers to Love
Whatever is in your heart that is not clean, not true, will ultimately begin to act like a wall, obstructing the natural flow of love. People who say that there is no love in their life, are being blocked by this wall. Actually there is love, but they just can't accept it. Ego is the clearest example of this. Ego limits the flow of love by placing conditions on the love you give and receive. Ego uses love to satisfy its own needs and desires. It produces a love which is deceptive, one which brings only temporary satisfaction. Ego does not allow you to experience true love or share it. If fact, ego is capable of destroying your ability to feel love altogether.

Never Battle
Never fight. Nothing is worth fighting for. Wisdom never fights, it waits patiently, speaks positively, releases easily, sees benefit in everything and envisions a future of abundance...knowing that all needs will be met at the right moment, in the right way. If you think life is a struggle you will always be struggling, If you think life is a breeze, your attitudes and actions will convey lightness and easiness. And that's what attracts everything you need, and much more. Make today a breeze not a battle.

Pure Heart
Have a heart so pure it can sweeten a sour mood and elevate a falling star.

On Responsibilities
If you take your responsibilities not as a burden but as a game, you will play with them with lightness and cheer.

Quality Change
Quality Change is the capacity to transform ‘negative’ situations, or circumstances, into something beneficial for one’s self and others. ‘Quality transformers’ are people who can turn walls of resistance into bridges of understanding and keep crossing them, who can change any obstacle into a stepping stone of success and can reverse the niggling, paralysing dragons of doubt into radiant self-confidence, dissolving the thought 'impossible' from the mind.

Conflict
In situations of conflict, I have to realise that the only weapons I need are a smile and a loveful attitude.

Judge Not
At times you may feel yourself to be the victim of other people's bitterness, ignorance, smallness or insecurities. Try not to judge them - things aren't always what they seem. And it could be worse. You could be them!
 Diamonds
Your time is most valuable, and so you should not waste it. You should not waste time in wasteful thoughts. Every second of yours is as valuable as a diamond.

Balance
The indication of balance in life is a sense of well-being, optimism and a clear conscience. The foundation for achieving this is to look after myself spiritually - making my mind peaceful, loving and thoughtful at all times. Then I will instinctively know how much time to spend on my own well-being and how much on fulfilling other responsibilities. I can only give my best to others when I am myself at my best.

Gentle Soul
Real gentleness in a person is the power that sees, understands, yet never interferes.

Patience
Being patient helps me to understand why things are taking some time.

The Secret Ingredient
When we're cooking, our minds are working. When we're stirring and rolling and baking, we're thinking. Thinking creates vibrations because that's what thoughts do. The vibes affect both the food and the people who eat the food. So, cook with care; pay attention to what you are thinking; and don't forget that in the best of recipes, love is the secret ingredient.

Unlimited Love
If I limit the love I give to just one or two, it will eventually go stale. If I learn to create love inside my heart and silently give it to everyone I meet, love will grace every corner of my life.
